About This Position
An exciting opportunity is now open for a Part Time Truck Driver to join our team at Rimex Wheel in Erakala, Mackay. As an HR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for performing deliveries and pickups while ensuring safety standards are met.
What You'll Do
- Perform deliveries and pickups of heavy ridged (HR) equipment to various locations
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ensure the condition and cleanliness of the vehicle at all times
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Follow all safety protocols, including pre-trip inspections and proper handling of equipment
What You Bring
- A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver in the heavy machinery or construction industry
- Demonstrated safety consciousness and commitment to following all company policies
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
