About This Position

At Amazon UK Services Ltd., we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Regional Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR Regional Partner Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to people managers across London, UK. Your role will involve delivering consistent and expert advice on various people-related matters while ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a frontline consultant to clients (mainly people managers) to enhance the employee experience
• Provide consistent HR guidance on people-related issues, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Operate as a subject matter expert in company and local programs, processes, and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the HR field
• Strong understanding of HR programs, processes, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels
• Adept problem-solving abilities to address complex people-related challenges
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
