Chief HR Officer

Rehoboth Mckinley Christian Health is seeking a strategic, people-focused Chief HR Officer to lead human resources for our hospital in Gallup, McKinley County. In this full-time executive role, you will shape the workforce strategy that keeps our community-centered care thriving.

About the Role

As Chief HR Officer at Rehoboth Mckinley Christian Health, you will design and carry out a human resources strategy that directly supports the hospital's broader business goals and long-term direction. Based on-site in Gallup, McKinley County, you will serve as a senior leader and trusted advisor, connecting people priorities to organizational outcomes across every department.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute an HR strategy aligned with the hospital's mission, business plan, and strategic objectives.
• Lead succession planning and talent management to strengthen the workforce now and for the future.
• Guide change management efforts and support smooth transitions across the organization.
• Direct organizational and performance management programs that drive accountability and results.
• Oversee training and development initiatives that grow employee skills and engagement.
• Manage benefits and compensation programs to keep them competitive, fair, and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in human resources, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategy.
• Expertise across succession planning, talent and performance management, change management, training, benefits, and compensation.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategy with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited to a senior leadership role.
