Manage benefits and compensation programs to keep them competitive, fair, and sustainable. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in human resources, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting. Demonstrated success developing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategy. Expertise across succession planning, talent and performance management, change management, training, benefits, and compensation. Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategy with organizational goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited to a senior leadership role.
