What This Role Involves

The HR Intern (People & Culture) supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the People & Culture team. This role provides the intern with hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, event coordination, and employer branding, serving as a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HR dashboard
• Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
• Organize and manage employee records and documentation
• Coordinate company events, such as team-building activities and social gatherings
• Support in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a keen interest in Human Resources and be pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Previous experience in an intern role is advantageous but not mandatory.
