HR Coordinator

Prequel Solutions is hiring a full-time HR Coordinator in New Iberia, Louisiana, to support the human resources team of a large-scale manufacturing organization serving the New Iberia and Lafayette area. This onsite role offers compensation of $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience, with no regular travel required.

About the Role

As the HR Coordinator, you'll manage core human resources functions that support employee lifecycle operations and organizational success. Working directly with employees and management, you'll ensure HR processes run efficiently and contribute to a positive workplace culture in a direct-hire, full-time capacity.

What You'll Do

• Manage employee onboarding, coordinating new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and personnel file setup
• Support benefits administration, handle employee inquiries, and coordinate enrollment activities
• Assist with payroll coordination and maintain accurate, confidential employee records
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Help maintain organizational compliance with employment regulations and company HR policies
• Coordinate HR department scheduling, manage calendars, and oversee administrative projects
• Communicate HR announcements, policy updates, and organizational information to employees
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
