About the Role

ELMO is seeking a detail-oriented Project Officer to join its Social Strategy Team on a part-time basis (18 hours per week). This fixed-term role, running through June 2027, is ideal for a professional passionate about community development. You'll be at the center of planning and delivering community sector activities and events that make a real difference—coordinating timelines, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate community sector activities, events, and initiatives within established timelines and budgets
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress tracking systems
• Support the Social Strategy Team in identifying opportunities and refining community programs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and community impact
