About the Role
We're seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide supportive, person-centered care to clients in their homes. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at $20–$23 per hour, based on your experience and background, plus benefits designed to support your career and lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with essential daily activities including personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping support to maintain a clean, comfortable home environment
- Offer genuine companionship and emotional support to seniors living with age-related or mobility challenges
- Accompany clients to community outings, errands, and medical appointments as needed
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to our care coordination team
- Maintain clear, accurate records of daily care activities and client interactions
What We're Looking For
- Genuine compassion for supporting seniors and adults living with disabilities
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and comfort with flexible scheduling
- Ability to follow care instructions and communicate respectfully with clients, families, and our team
- Physical capability to assist with mobility support and household tasks
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior caregiving experience is beneficial but not required—we offer training and guidance
