About the Role

As a Home Service Technician and Handyman with TruBlue Home Service Ally, you'll address a wide variety of residential repair and maintenance needs across Alpharetta, Duluth, Johns Creek, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, and surrounding areas in Fulton County and beyond. This part-time position offers the flexibility to build your own client base while providing essential services that improve home safety and functionality.

What You'll Do

• Perform general handyman repairs including drywall patching, painting, trim work, and caulking
• Handle plumbing basics, fixture installation, and water heater maintenance
• Execute electrical work within scope, including outlet and switch replacement and light fixture installation
• Install and repair doors, windows, locks, and weatherstripping
• Address home safety concerns such as grab bars, ramps, and accessibility modifications for aging-in-place customers
• Diagnose problems, provide cost estimates, and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Maintain tools, manage time efficiently, and complete jobs to high standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven handyman or home repair experience (construction, carpentry, maintenance, or HVAC background welcome)
• Strong knowledge of common residential systems and repair techniques
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for service calls across North Atlanta
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in various home environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility with a part-time schedule
