About the Role
Accounting practices today face mounting pressure to modernize their tax operations, strengthen client relationships, and streamline document-heavy processes. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be the catalyst for that transformation. You'll partner with firm leaders to understand their operational pain points, then deploy SafeSend and SurePrep solutions that eliminate manual bottlenecks, reduce administrative overhead, and deliver measurable improvements to their client service model.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospect qualification through close, for enterprise and mid-market accounting firms
- Identify and articulate how SafeSend and SurePrep directly address each firm's tax workflows, client collaboration gaps, and document management challenges
- Build lasting relationships with C-level and operations leaders at target accounts
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover operational inefficiencies and quantify business impact
- Develop tailored solution presentations and proposals that align with firm-specific priorities
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and champion accounts through multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to quota attainment while maintaining high forecast accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise or mid-market software sales, ideally 5+ years
- Experience selling workflow automation, cloud solutions, or professional services software
- Deep consultative selling skills—ability to diagnose client needs rather than pitch features
- Familiarity with the accounting, tax preparation, or professional services vertical
- Demonstrated ability to close deals in 6-12 month sales cycles
- Strong communication and executive presence; comfort presenting to senior leaders
- Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
