Position Summary
FHR currently has multiple opportunities for an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client that specializes in the freight forwarding industry. This role is located near Brisbane Airport and offers immediate start dates for successful applicants.
Responsibilities
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment
- Lift, move, stack, and store goods to specified locations
- Ensure all materials are handled in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a High Reach Forklift Operator
- Forklift certification, including high reach qualifications
- A strong understanding of safety protocols in warehouse environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Valid driver's license with no history of major traffic violations
