Warehouse Supervisor

Fetchpackage is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its full-time opening in Shawnee, Kansas. This leadership role anchors efficient site operations that help residents receive packages accurately and on schedule.

The Opportunity

Fetchpackage is a venture-backed organization that elevates multifamily community living by delivering package services, valet trash collection, Fetch Market grocery essentials, and storage options. Nationwide in scope and expanding rapidly, it unites logistics, technology, and hospitality to streamline support for property teams while adding convenience for residents. As Warehouse Supervisor at the Shawnee, Kansas site, you will direct hourly day-to-day warehouse functions and serve as the on-floor leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. In close partnership with the Warehouse Manager you will carry out the daily plan, assign labor, guide work flow, uphold standards, and confirm every package reaches the correct resident promptly. The schedule is fixed full-time each week on either the front or back half and may adjust for operational needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activity at Shawnee, Kansas so packages move smoothly from intake to resident delivery
• Allocate labor across drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors to meet volume and timing goals
• Direct work flow on the floor and reinforce performance, safety, and service standards
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to execute the operational plan and hold the team accountable
• Step into hands-on support whenever volume or conditions require an extra set of hands
• Provide clear direction and feedback that keeps the team aligned and engaged
• Champion the quality of the resident experience in every decision and hand-off
