Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience leading multi-disciplinary teams working on climate impacts, adaptation planning or loss-and-damage issues.
- Deep familiarity with climate-risk science, vulnerability assessment methods and internationally recognised adaptation frameworks.
- Strong grasp of loss-and-damage concepts under global climate regimes and the practical tools used to quantify and address them.
- Proven capacity to translate complex technical material into clear strategic advice for decision-makers and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages and experience operating in European or international policy settings are advantageous.
- A collaborative leadership style that mentors specialists while maintaining rigorous standards of analysis and communication.
