Sr. Director, Marketing Finance

Nutrafol, the pioneer in hair wellness, is hiring a Sr. Director, Marketing Finance to lead financial strategy across its highest-growth digital channels. This is a full-time leadership opportunity based in the United States for a finance executive who wants to sit at the heart of a fast-scaling consumer health brand.

About the Role

Reporting to the SVP, Head of Finance, the Sr. Director, Marketing Finance owns the Revenue and Marketing forecast model for Nutrafol's.COM and Amazon channels and acts as the financial lead for the DTC and e-commerce business. This is a commercially embedded position — not a back-office function — where you partner closely with the CMO to shape channel strategy, guide investment decisions, and turn rigorous analysis into clear direction. You will excel here if you are intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated by building both precise forecasting models and a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, own, and continually refine the single Revenue and Marketing forecast model for the.COM and Amazon channels, keeping it aligned to live strategy and market shifts.
• Run and improve the annual and ongoing planning process, coordinating across Marketing and commercial teams to deliver a consolidated channel plan to leadership.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives such as scenario planning and investment prioritization.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CMO and SVP, Head of Finance, translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Hire, manage, and develop a team grounded in analytical rigor and strong business partnership.
• Champion best-in-class planning tools and AI-enabled workflows, and safeguard data integrity alongside Accounting, Data, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate, or strategic finance, including 3–5 years leading a team.
• Direct DTC or e-commerce finance experience required; familiarity with Amazon's ecosystem (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Advertising) is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent required; investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy backgrounds are valued.
• Advanced financial modeling, executive-level communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, plus Excel mastery and BI experience such as Tableau.
