As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your role is to transform guest rooms into welcoming retreats that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they are spotless and inviting
• Perform daily room turnovers, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring linens are fresh
• Clean public areas such as bathrooms, hallways, and lobbies
• Handle laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels
• Assist with light maintenance tasks to keep the hotel in top condition
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred but not required
• Affable personality with excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
