Role Overview

As a Guest Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an environment where guests can learn, live, and play. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing check-ins, providing information about facilities and events, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Process check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Provide detailed information on TOCA’s programs, events, and facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

What You Bring

• A friendly, welcoming demeanor and a genuine interest in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of TOCA’s programs and facilities is beneficial but not required
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is preferred
