PhillyTech.Co is hiring a remote Growth Marketing Lead to architect a partner-driven demand engine for a next-generation, AI-powered partnership and performance marketing platform already trusted by billion-dollar brands and high-growth startups.

About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own qualified pipeline and revenue growth fueled by partnership-led demand generation. This fully remote role (open across the United States and Canada) measures your impact by the qualified opportunities you create, the pipeline and revenue you influence, and how repeatable the acquisition systems you build become. Compensation is $125K–$150K USD plus bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale a predictable pipeline engine spanning affiliates, influencers, creators, podcasters, referral partners, strategic alliances, events, and industry relationships.
• Source qualified opportunities for sales and carry accountability for marketing-generated pipeline and revenue.
• Direct marketing budget allocation and channel strategy with a sharp focus on ROI and revenue outcomes.
• Establish repeatable acquisition systems that lessen reliance on founder-led growth.
• Shape website messaging, positioning, and content that lift conversion rates and inbound demand.
• Develop SEO, AEO, and LLM-visibility strategies tied to measurable pipeline gains.
• Apply AI and automation to boost output, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, pipeline goals, channel KPIs, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally across ecommerce, MarTech, affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing.
• Deep grasp of partnership-led and ecosystem-based growth, referral programs, creators, podcasters, and events.
• Demonstrated history of producing qualified pipeline and revenue through marketing.
• Experience building marketing systems from the ground up inside fast-moving startups.
• Strong copywriting, positioning, website messaging, and content skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, and how buyers discover software via AI tools.
• An AI-first operator fluent in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
• A builder who executes independently without leaning on agencies, large teams, or a ready-made playbook.
