Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards and scenario analyses to the board and executive team
- Partner with operational leaders to embed robust risk controls and response plans into day-to-day activities
- Monitor the external risk landscape and regulatory developments, adapting group practices accordingly
- Lead, coach and develop a specialist enterprise risk team that delivers consistent high-quality support
Who We're Looking For
- Substantial senior experience leading enterprise risk management within complex, multi-entity organisations
- Deep familiarity with recognised risk standards and methodologies used in large-scale environments
- Demonstrable success in shaping risk appetite, culture and governance structures
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, written communication and presentation skills
- A relevant professional qualification or equivalent track record in risk, internal control or related disciplines
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and across international or multi-regulated settings
