About This Position

In this role, you'll create powerful visual narratives that bring healthcare innovations to life. You'll support our full spectrum of imaging solutions—MR, CT, ultrasound, molecular imaging, women's health, x-ray, advanced visualization, procedural guidance, and cardiovascular information systems. Your work will span multiple channels and audiences, translating cutting-edge clinical and technical capabilities into compelling messages that inspire customers, accelerate commercial success, and reinforce our brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visual assets for campaigns, product introductions, sales tools, infographics, paid media, newsletters, social channels, conferences, and executive communications.
  • Produce high-impact presentation decks that excel in visual narrative, typography, composition, pacing, and persuasive messaging.
  • Build presentations for varied stakeholder groups—corporate teams, creative departments, clinical specialists, and executive leadership—with messaging suited to each audience.
  • Execute with precision hierarchy, sparse text, striking visuals, on-brand styling, data-driven graphics, and strategic animation to convey your message with maximum clarity.
  • Architect slide decks with flowing narrative momentum, each slide building thoughtfully on the last, with meticulous spacing, alignment, and equilibrium throughout.
  • Distill complicated healthcare, technical, and business information into clear visual stories that demonstrate tangible value, efficiency gains, and improved patient care outcomes.
  • Harness generative AI and workflow automation to quicken creative cycles, multiply output, and maximize results across channels.
  • Maintain strict adherence to GE HealthCare's visual identity, ensuring every asset represents the brand consistently across regions and business units.
  • Work in partnership with marketing specialists, medical professionals, content strategists, and business leaders to shape and deploy creative solutions.
  • Organize and maintain design files, coordinate regional adaptations and asset variations, and build reusable design templates and systems for faster, more efficient production.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least five years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or enterprise-focused sectors.
  • Master-level command of Adobe's full suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—for professional-grade output.
  • Deep competency in PowerPoint design with demonstrated excellence in visual storytelling, typeface selection, page layout, compositional balance, motion graphics, and information architecture.
  • Proven track record creating assets for both digital and print channels.
  • Robust portfolio showcasing original thinking, outstanding design execution, and presentation excellence.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted design platforms to enhance efficiency, quality, and production speed.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or technology brand development.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and collaborative design workflows.
  • Portfolio examples including infographics, data visualizations, scientific communications, or executive presentations.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards, human-centered design principles, and regulated industry compliance.
  • Background developing presentation templates, design systems, and brand-aligned communication frameworks.
