About the Role
The Global HR Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for architecting and executing the global people strategy to support business growth. This role oversees the full HR portfolio such as people strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance & succession, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations/HRIS, compliance, culture & engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Achieve strategic alignment of the global HR function with business objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies to support organizational growth
- Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs globally
- Ensure effective performance management and succession planning processes
- Administer compensation and benefits packages in compliance with local regulations
- Maintain positive employee relations and foster a strong company culture
- Evaluate and improve HR operations and systems
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
