The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Head of Project Procurement and Process Excellence to join our dynamic team at Radiometer in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role is pivotal in driving strategic procurement initiatives, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards across all projects. As the Global Head, you will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders globally to achieve organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies that align with business objectives
• Optimize processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Lead process excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the organization
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in procurement and process management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project procurement, preferably within a multinational company
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage contracts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industry is a plus
