Position Summary

The General Maintenance position at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA, is a full-time role within B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. This team member will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring guest satisfaction through comprehensive maintenance, repair, and preventative care of all property assets.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and outside grounds
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure asset protection
• Follow B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group’s high standards for quality in engineering operations
• Assist with all aspects of property management, including guest comfort and satisfaction

• A proven track record in maintenance or related field
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Physical stamina for performing tasks that may require standing, lifting, or climbing
