About the Role
As a General Cleaner on the Commercial Services team, you will deliver the high standard of cleanliness that MasterCorp is known for across the hospitality industry. Based out of Westlake, Cuyahoga County and serving commercial sites in the Avon, OH area, this is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface sanitizing in commercial spaces.
- Maintain restrooms, common areas, and work areas to a consistently high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies as needed throughout assigned facilities.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality checklists.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure each site meets client expectations.
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting, throughout a shift.
