What This Role Involves

Angels In Your Home LHCSA seeks an exceptionally organized and professional Front Office Manager & Executive Assistant to ensure our office runs smoothly while providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership. In this full-time role based in Ridgemont, Monroe County, you'll serve as a trusted operations partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting the CEO's strategic priorities. Your work directly impacts how effectively our team delivers services to those we care for.

Core Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer
  • Oversee front office operations, including reception, correspondence, and visitor management
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to maintain office efficiency
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports as requested
  • Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage office resources, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
