About the Role

As our Front of House Lead, you'll be the backbone of our customer experience and operational excellence. You'll oversee shift-level activities, mentor team members, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service and community care.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct front-of-house staff during your shifts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, addressing concerns, and offering assistance when needed
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including counting change and verifying customer transactions
• Complete opening and closing drawer counts to ensure cash accuracy and financial accountability
• Work as an engaged team member, collaborating with management and all staff to achieve shared goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of preferred experience in leadership, customer service, or related roles
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong cash handling and mathematical accuracy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and leadership
