Lead operations in one of America's largest travel stop networks, where you'll oversee fresh food service, develop your team, and deliver exceptional quality to thousands of customers daily.

About the Role

As Fresh Food Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of fresh food preparation, quality standards, and food safety compliance at your location. This is a hands-on leadership position where you manage daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure every customer receives consistently excellent food service. You'll report directly to location leadership and play a central role in the overall success of your travel stop.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all fresh food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain quality standards and food safety regulations
• Supervise and train food service team members on proper procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
• Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste while controlling food costs
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to deliver a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant food service area
• Open and close food service operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
• Communicate with store management and coordinate with other departments

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing or supervising food service operations in a retail or travel environment
• Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health code compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
