What This Role Involves

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed efficiently.

Core Duties

• Serving food and drinks to customers promptly and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and tidy service area at all times
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of dining areas as required
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in food and beverage services is advantageous but not mandatory. A friendly demeanor and the willingness to learn new skills are essential.
