About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Owner Operator to join our team at Smart Gear Logistics LLC. As a key member of our operations, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and ensure that you get home when needed. We cover IFTA, Decals, ELD, and Cargo insurance to support your operations. You'll be assigned dedicated routes with complete transparency—no surprises, just reliable service you can trust.

• Power Only
• Refrigerated
• Dry Van OTR

Gross total weekly average pay: $6,000 - $7,000.

Core Duties

• Create and maintain your own schedule to ensure timely home time
• Operate the assigned vehicles safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and other operational data

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Owner Operator in the transportation industry
• Strong understanding of IFTA, ELD, and Cargo insurance requirements
• A valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Dedicated to providing reliable service to our customers
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
