What This Role Involves

• Provide on-site support for industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to motion and drive systems
• Execute preventive maintenance activities as required by customers
• Document service activities, including parts used and repairs performed
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution

What We're Looking For

• Technical expertise in industrial motion and drive systems
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers
• Valid driver’s license for on-site travel
