Position Summary
This position is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Specialist to support complex proposal and contract activities within a global clinical research environment. Based in India (nationwide) (nationwide), this full-time role will manage processes from initial RFP review through proposal development, budgeting, and contract preparation.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and develop comprehensive proposals.
- Create detailed budgets and financial models to support the negotiation process.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of contractual documents.
- Monitor contract performance and manage any issues or disputes that arise during execution.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the clinical research industry.
