Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hold consultations for patients of all ages presenting with acute or chronic concerns
• Assess symptoms, form differential diagnoses and create personalised management plans
• Order relevant investigations, review results and arrange appropriate follow-up
• Deliver preventive care, health-promotion advice and lifestyle counselling
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and multidisciplinary colleagues when required
• Maintain clear, contemporaneous clinical notes that support continuity of care
• Participate in team discussions that enhance service quality and patient safety

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree and successful completion of family-medicine training
• Current or emerging eligibility to practise as a Family Physician (Canada) and authorisation to work in the UK
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full breadth of primary-care presentations independently
• Excellent communication skills that build trust with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
