The Opportunity

GKE Warehousing & Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Executive to join our team. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive maintenance for building systems including technical and mechanical issues using CMMS (MaintainX).
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform immediate repairs as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in facilities management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (MaintainX) for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
• Strong technical skills with experience in handling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
