What This Role Involves

The Event Programming Lead is responsible for organizing and executing high-impact events that align with the company's mission to positively impact athletes' lives. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing event logistics, and ensuring all events are successful in engaging and inspiring our community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event programming strategies that support the overall business objectives of House of Sport.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage budgets and resources for all events, ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
• Evaluate event outcomes and provide actionable feedback to improve future programming.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
