Role Overview

In the Automation QA role at Evismart you own the creation of the quality automation layer that currently remains incomplete. Every release reaches a production system relied upon daily by dental laboratories and practitioners in 28 countries, yet parts of verification still rely on manual review. You will design the end-to-end infrastructure so regression coverage, API checks, performance baselines, security scans, and recovery verification all run automatically inside the delivery pipeline, turning safety into a systematic property of every sprint rather than a hope.

What You'll Do

• Build and continually expand the automated regression library so every new capability adds corresponding tests and coverage gaps are closed rather than deferred
• Develop automated suites for essential API endpoints and external integrations covering payment flows, file handling, and notification delivery, ensuring each integration point is exercised inside the pipeline
• Create and operate automated load and performance tests that establish clear baselines; no release advances if it produces database spikes, slower portals, or extended API times
• Integrate and monitor SAST and DAST security scanning directly within the CI/CD sequence so critical and high findings are blocked before production, regardless of schedule pressure
• Confirm the technical readiness of rollback procedures for every build so recovery remains available and verified ahead of approval
• Detect early signals of incomplete coverage or worsening performance trends and act before those risks reach live traffic

Qualifications

• Three or more years personally designing and owning automated test infrastructure inside SaaS or enterprise environments, including regression libraries, API suites, or quality gates wired into CI/CD, rather than merely executing ready-made scripts
• Demonstrated impact reducing production incidents through automated quality controls you introduced that improved measurable failure rates
• Hands-on ownership of SAST/DAST scanning and automated load/performance testing embedded in continuous pipelines, including acting on the results over time
• Independent judgment that spots coverage shortfalls or drifting baselines and remediates them before incidents occur
• Concise, written communication strength suited to distributed asynchronous collaboration
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile or Scrum delivery, and any background in dental, healthcare, or regulated SaaS platforms are valuable assets
