About the Role
As the Property Manager (Real Estate Portfolio Manager) for Newmark ltd in Bloomfield, Oakland County, you will shape and execute the policies, procedures, and programs that keep the building running smoothly and maintained to a high standard. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on delivering responsive service to tenants while advancing the property owner's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and roll out operating policies, procedures, and programs that support a well-managed, well-maintained property.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial or residential real estate property.
- Strong working knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and environmental health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for tenant and owner interactions.
- Ability to develop, implement, and refine operational policies and quality programs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing competing priorities on-site.
