About the Role

This position involves processing payoff demands, homeowner association (HOA) demands, and other lien-related documentation. The role requires proactive monitoring of outstanding requests, timely follow-up, and escalation to ensure protection of closing timelines. Accurate and up-to-date file documentation and status tracking within required systems are essential.

Core Duties

• Payoff, HOA & Lien Processing: Order payoff demands, homeowner association (HOA) demands, and other lien-related documentation.
• Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor outstanding requests to ensure timely processing.
• Follow-Up and Escalation: Follow up on delays as needed and escalate issues to protect closing timelines.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure all files are accurately documented and status tracking is maintained within required systems.

Qualifications

Experience in escrow processing or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to operational excellence are also necessary.
