Join the equity delta one team as an Equity Analyst. You will work directly with experienced senior traders and analysts to help them identify risks and opportunities in equities markets that help deliver sustainable short and long-term success.

The Equity Analyst will work closely with trading teams to create and manage research that is relevant, accurate and actionable. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and owning sector coverage across a focused company universe
  • Conducting fundamental research including catalyst identification, scenario modelling, and earnings analysis
  • Monitoring news, filings, and macro events for real-time impact on covered names
  • Constructing and maintaining financial models and proprietary datasets
  • Developing intuition for how information flows into price — understanding what the market is pricing and why
  • Tracking structural trends — technological shifts, regulatory change, macro developments — and translating them into actionable equity views
  • Continuously improving research processes through practical, scalable solution

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail
  • Clear, concise communicator who knows what matters and can cut through noise
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity about equities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Front office or markets-adjacent experience (US equities a plus, not required)
