Join the equity trading team as an Equity Analyst. You will work directly with experienced senior traders and analysts to help them identify risks and opportunities in equities markets that help deliver sustainable short and long-term success.
The Equity Analyst will work closely with our long-term equity strategy and our special situations desk to create and manage research that is relevant, accurate and actionable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deep-dive research across sectors, equities, and thematic ideas — going beyond surface consensus to develop proprietary insight
- Building comprehensive investment theses from the ground up, including industry mapping, competitive dynamics, and variant perception
- Identifying and sizing key catalysts, risk factors, and inflection points across covered names and themes
- Constructing and maintaining detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and proprietary datasets
- Tracking structural trends — technological shifts, regulatory change, macro developments — and translating them into actionable equity views
- Continuously refining research processes and finding smarter, more scalable ways to generate edge
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise communicator who knows what matters and can cut through noise
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about equities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Front office or markets-adjacent experience (US equities a plus, not required)
