As an Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee at Aerotek, you'll build a foundation in recruitment, sales development, and client relationship management. What You'll Do

• Engage with job candidates through phone, email, and digital platforms to understand skills, experience, and career goals
• Support the recruitment pipeline by screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and related sectors
• Assist with sales development activities and follow-up with prospective clients
• Coordinate candidate placements and manage administrative aspects of the recruitment process
• Track candidate and client interactions using CRM and recruiting software tools
• Participate in training to develop recruiting, sales, and customer service expertise

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred
