About the Role

As Energy Marshall Superintendent, you'll take ownership of ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to manage energy operations at scale, coordinating across teams and departments to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee energy systems, power distribution, and infrastructure operations for data center facilities
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet timelines and budget constraints
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to optimize project delivery
• Develop and implement procedures to improve energy efficiency and system reliability
• Train and supervise team members to maintain operational excellence
• Report on project status, performance metrics, and emerging issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a superintendent or in a similar leadership role within energy, facilities, or data center operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power management, and energy infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in all operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Relevant certifications or training in energy systems, electrical work, or data center operations (preferred)
