About the Role

As a Management Consultant on the Sales & Commerce ReInvention team, you will partner with Energy, Chemicals, and Natural Resources clients to drive sustained growth and customer relevance. Working within Accenture Song, you'll bring together strategy and execution — spanning ideation, experience design, technology platforms, and marketing — to deliver measurable commercial impact. This is an on-site position in Grand Central, Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Energy, Chemicals, and Natural Resources clients on reinventing their sales and commerce capabilities.
• Translate ideas into execution across growth strategy, product and experience design, and technology platforms.
• Shape creative, media, and marketing approaches alongside campaign, content, and channel orchestration.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships rooted in deep industry expertise.
• Help clients accelerate growth and strengthen customer relevance through tailored consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience, ideally serving Energy, Chemicals, or Natural Resources sectors.
• Strong grounding in sales, commerce, and customer experience transformation.
• Familiarity with experience design, marketing strategy, and technology-enabled platforms.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Grand Central, Manhattan location.
