Join Resource Innovations as an Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Lead and drive residential energy efficiency adoption across Port Huron and Saint Clair County. This full-time position is based in our Port Huron office and offers an opportunity to lead meaningful customer engagement initiatives while supporting the growth of energy efficiency programs throughout Michigan.

About the Role

As Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Lead at Resource Innovations, you'll play a central role in connecting residents with energy efficiency solutions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll manage customer outreach efforts and work alongside local partner organizations to expand program awareness and participation in residential energy efficiency initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer outreach and engagement activities to promote energy efficiency program participation among residential customers in Port Huron and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to support market engagement goals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness and enrollment in energy efficiency initiatives
• Support the execution and scaling of residential energy efficiency programs across the region
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform program improvements and expansion efforts
• Coordinate communications between Resource Innovations and community partners to ensure program success

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer outreach, community engagement, or market development roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and inspire action
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs, sustainability, or environmental initiatives (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Results-driven approach to achieving customer engagement and program growth objectives
• Experience working with local organizations, municipal partners, or community stakeholders
