Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable background as an Embedded Software Engineer or in a closely related embedded development position.
- Proficiency in C and C++ for constrained platforms, together with practical knowledge of microcontrollers and real-time operating systems.
- Comfort working at the hardware–software boundary, including peripheral drivers, communication protocols and low-level debugging tools.
- Familiarity with structured software engineering practices such as version control, unit testing and systematic problem diagnosis.
- A relevant technical degree (computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent) and a focused, quality-oriented working style suited to complex instrument development.
