What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess their cannabis needs based on their wellness goals and experience level
- Provide accurate, compliant product recommendations across flower, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals
- Answer questions about strains, cannabinoid profiles, dosing, and consumption methods
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure dispensary environment
- Verify customer identification and patient qualifications per state requirements
- Stay current with inventory, product launches, and cannabis product knowledge
