About the Role

As Director of Public Relations & Social Media at Topgolf, you will own the strategy and execution behind how the brand shows up across media coverage and social channels. Based on-site in Dallas, you will translate Topgolf's belief in the power of play into compelling narratives that bring people together and keep the company at the forefront of the entertainment conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated public relations and social media strategy that grows brand awareness and reputation.
• Craft and steward earned-media stories, press materials, and proactive media relationships.
• Build and guide social media programming that sparks genuine connection with guests and online communities.
• Partner across marketing and internal teams to keep messaging consistent, authentic, and on-brand.
• Track performance, draw insights, and refine campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across public relations and social media, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
• A strong storyteller who can balance creativity with accountability for outcomes.
• Skilled at building media relationships and managing brand reputation.
• Collaborative, results-driven, and comfortable working on-site in Dallas, Texas.
• Someone who takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
