About the Role

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the multi-year product strategy and prioritized roadmap for AI features and models.
• Translate market needs, user insights, and competitive signals into actionable product requirements and success metrics.
• Lead prioritization decisions that weigh technical complexity, ethical considerations, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Coach and develop product managers focused on AI product areas while fostering a high-performing remote culture.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to evaluate model performance, data readiness, and deployment readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment through clear communications, stakeholder forums, and launch coordination.
• Establish feedback loops with customers and internal users to refine AI product experiences over time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record directing product management for AI or machine-learning products at scale.
• Deep familiarity with AI product lifecycle stages, including discovery, prototyping, evaluation, and production release.
• Strong ability to lead remote teams, influence without authority, and present complex technical topics to executive audiences.
• Hands-on understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and common AI ethics or risk considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to a distributed United States workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or substantial domain expertise is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success owning product metrics, roadmaps, and launch outcomes in complex environments.
