Director of Finance

Qrc is hiring a full-time Director of Finance in Enon, Fredericksburg City. We're seeking an experienced financial leader to direct our accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership as we pursue sustainable growth.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll own all aspects of financial operations and planning. You'll establish the financial framework that enables intelligent business decisions, maintain rigorous internal controls and compliance standards, and partner with senior leadership to align financial performance with company objectives. This is a key strategic role reporting directly to the executive team.

What You'll Do

• Direct accounting operations, financial reporting, and adherence to applicable accounting standards
• Develop and oversee annual and long-range financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead the accounting and finance team to drive efficiency and professional development
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations that inform major business decisions
• Design and implement internal control structures and risk management protocols
• Manage cash flow analysis, working capital optimization, and capital allocation
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with external auditors

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including team leadership
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency with GAAP principles and modern accounting software
• Proven track record building and motivating high-performing finance teams
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working across all organizational levels
