The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our EY-Parthenon team as an Associate Director or Director in the Transactions and Corporate Finance division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading multinational corporations, providing strategic advice on complex transactions and corporate finance matters.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading transaction advisory engagements for clients across various industries
• Developing and executing comprehensive financial models to support deal valuation and structuring
• Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management teams of our clients
• Providing strategic insights on market trends and business opportunities
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the professional development of the team

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or corporate finance roles
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and strategic advice to clients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a team environment
• A relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA
