Direct Banker I/II – Direct Banking Center

Join Central Pacific Bank as a Direct Banker I/II supporting our Direct Banking Center in Wake Island, Hawaii. This full-time position focuses on delivering customer-first banking support through proactive relationship management, seamless onboarding, and guided account activation for borrowers entering our bank through mortgage, HELOC, and consumer lending products.

About the Role

As a Direct Banker in our Direct Banking Center, you'll serve as a critical first point of contact for customers beginning their relationship with us, particularly those coming through our lending channels. Your focus will be on transforming loan origination into long-term banking relationships by ensuring every customer receives attentive, knowledgeable support during onboarding and account setup.

• Guide customers through account opening and activation with clear explanations and efficient processes
• Provide proactive outreach to mortgage, HELOC, and consumer loan customers to introduce them to banking services and tools
• Serve as the key touchpoint during early customer interactions, building trust and demonstrating Central Pacific Bank's commitment to service
• Deepen customer relationships by educating them on account features, digital banking options, and additional products suited to their needs
• Coordinate with lending teams and operations to ensure customers receive seamless, integrated support throughout their onboarding journey
• Answer customer questions, troubleshoot account issues, and escalate concerns to appropriate departments
