About the Role
As a Diesel Technician with Damerow Ford, you'll perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a range of diesel-powered vehicles in our service center. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair diesel engine systems, transmissions, and drivetrains
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles
- Replace worn components and assemblies to factory specifications
- Document all service work accurately and maintain detailed repair records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and timelines to customers
What We're Looking For
- Ford Certified Diesel Service Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
